All Future Windows products are manufactured of the highest grade materials, and are built to meet, the Australian industry standard (AS2407), in which we have achieved exceptional results well beyond the requirements. This stringent and independently certified accreditation scheme provides a clear basis by which designers, authorities and building industry professionals can understand and work with windows. The standard is assessed by the following criteria:

Deflection performance - Maximum deflection limits are set for structural members of a window.
Ultimate strength - Higher than then specified wind pressure is applied to the face of a window to ensure that windows do not fail in unusual conditions.

Water Penetration - Designed to exclude water from a building.
Air infiltration - Tests the level of air leakage to ensure energy and acoustic efficiency.
Operation Force - Windows must be capable of opening and closing without undue effort.

Furthermore, all glazing must meet strict wind loading and human impact specifications as set out in the Australian standard AS1288.

This certification is commissioned by the Australian Window Association (AWA) of which our company is a member.
